• 1.21 extra per hour for hours worked between 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm
• 2.05 extra per hour for hours worked between 11 : 00pm-7 : 00am
• 1.05 extra per hour for hours worked on weekend shiftsFor this role, candidates at either the CNA-1 or the CNA-2 level will be consideredCNA-1 : Typical Starting Range is $18.10 and up (based on years of relevant experience). Bump in pay upon obtaining CNA-2 license.CNA-2 : Typical Starting Range is $19.27 and up (based on years of relevant experience)Position SummaryA Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible and accountable for their practice for assigned patient(s), contributing to the utilization of the nursing process, under the supervision and direction of the RN and performs all duties in accordance with department policies and procedures and scope of practice. • Either a CNA-2 or CNA-1 certified by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon startWork Environment / Physical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis - such as transferring a patient in and out of a bed. The ability to bend, stretch, twist and perform other awkward physical movements is also required.Total Rewards Package
