• 1.21 extra per hour for hours worked between 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm
• 2.05 extra per hour for hours worked between 11 : 00pm-7 : 00am

• Become a vital member of the patient care team and build a strong relationship with the RNs
• Promote patient safety and comfort while actively participating in patient satisfaction
• Demonstrate advanced Responsive Observations knowledge base in practice of care
• Document patient and family responses and effectiveness of teaching and interventions per department standards
• Provide excellent communication between staff and patients and patient families

• CNA-2 certified by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon startWork Environment / Physical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis - such as transferring a patient in and out of a bed.
