Position Summary
The Clinical Finance Specialist provides assistance to the clinical manager and other health care team members to ensure efficient operation of the clinical areas through data collection, analysis, and trending related to financial management, billing, time cards, and regulatory requirements.
Position Qualifications
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent, required
- Associates degree in finance, business administration, accounting or relevant field, preferred.
Experience
- 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a healthcare environment.
- Experience with budgetary process, Kronos or other similar Payroll system; EPIC; Siemens AS400 system or other healthcare and finance systems.
