Qualifications
Education
- Associate's Degree, required
- Minimum 1 year of benefits experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- PHR: Professional in Human Resources certified by HRCI
- SHRM-CP: Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional
- SHRM-SCP: Senior Certified Professional
- SPHR: Senior Professional in Human Resources
- CEBS: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist
