Job Summary
The Director of Operations Ambulatory is tasked with overseeing the daily functions and operational strategies of the organization to ensure the efficient delivery of patient care and services. Through effective operational leadership, this role coordinates operations while upholding adherence to established policies, regulations, and care standards. The Director fosters a culture that prioritizes staff development and continuous learning, managing day-to-day activities for ambulatory operations
Key Areas Of Responsibility
Consult with hiring leaders on current and future staffing requirements, develop and execute sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to secure top talent for Asante, recruit candidates, consult on and manage interview strategies for various departments, present competitive offers and oversee the pre-boarding process. Track and analyze applicable metrics, reports, and recruitment trends using multiple systems, including applicant tracking system, recruitment marketing system, state and federal labor reports, and association reports. Collaborates with management, supervisors and other H.R. staff in regularly scheduled meetings to develop specific recruitment plans. In addition, the Recruiter manages the placement of all recruitment advertising, utilizing key media, such as social, job board aggregators, professional associations and universities, as well as schedules and attends job and career fairs, and develops and maintains professional relationships with colleges, university and community colleges placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.
Job Requirements
Professional Experience
Five (5) or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
EDUCATION
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Preferred
Master's Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration.

Collaborate with the leadership team and HR to recruit, retain, and motivate a high-quality workforce, supporting organizational development initiatives aligned with Asante's goals and culture.
Communicate and implement the strategic vision and direction set forth by the Senior Leadership Team, supporting the mission, vision, and values of Asante.
Align annual operating priorities with the strategic goals of Asante while clearly communicating these to stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among key Asante constituents, including employees, physicians, patients, and the communities served, encouraging feedback to monitor service effectiveness and address work process challenges.
Assist in developing plans and processes to measure, assess, and enhance the quality of services at Asante.
Lead system-wide process improvement initiatives, setting goals for each department and sharing learnings from improvement efforts.
Develop an annual operating budget in line with Asante's established procedures.
Create mechanisms to monitor budget adherence and spending plans to achieve targeted outcomes.
