Position Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for developing recruitment strategies to fulfill required current and future staffing levels for Asante. This position will partner with hiring leaders to develop talent pipelines to secure top talent for Asante, recruit candidates, consult on and manage interview strategies, and present competitive offers. In addition, the Recruiter will manage the placement of all recruitment advertising, utilizing key media, such as social, job board aggregators, professional associations and universities, as well as schedule and attend job and career fairs.
Position Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, sales, marketing, or relevant business experience, required .
Education
- Associate's degree in business, communications, marketing, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or human resources, preferred
Preferred Certification/Licensure
- PHR: Professional in Human Resources (HRCI)
- SPHR: Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI)
- Society for HR Management Professional
- Certified Internet Recruiter
- Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter
- Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter
- Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter
- Certified Military Veteran Recruiter
- Elite Certified Requirement Expert
- SHRM-CP: Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional
