SUMMARY
Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced Wine Director / Sommelier at their fine dining restaurant. Their wine list is one of the best in the area, with over 400 vintages available.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge to maintain and improve the high quality of our wine list.
- Has a great presence on the dining room floor and can engage with customers and elevate their experience to the next level.
- Train staff on the vintages we carry along with proper wine service.
- Sommelier’s Certification preferred.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
