BRANCH MANAGER
Job Title: Branch Manager

Position Overview:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, supervising staff, and ensuring that tasks and goals are completed on time. This role also involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), providing leadership, staff support, and training, and ensuring overall success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise office staff, ensuring they are performing their tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Goal Management: Monitor branch goals and KPIs to ensure targets are met and operations run smoothly.
- Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and training to staff, ensuring they have the resources and skills for success.
- Customer Satisfaction: In coordination with the Account Manager, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by regularly seeking client feedback, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
- Client Relationship Management: In coordination with the Account Manager, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business.
- Task Coordination: Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks and projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Staff Support: Offer backup support as needed, stepping in to assist with staffing issues, client concerns, or administrative tasks.
- Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in office processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Budgeting & Compliance: Adheres to all company policies and industry regulations. Ensures the branch operates within budget, monitor and manage staff schedule/overtime hours.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in staffing or a related industry.
- Strong ability to manage people, tasks, and processes efficiently.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of business operations and staffing processes.
