What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales/Recruiter position at ASAP Personnel Inc.?
The position of Sales at ASAP Personnel Inc is to increase revenue and business
growth by actively engaging with customers, to grow and maintain business in all
existing areas, and new prospective areas.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales
Make a minimum of 40 effective outbound calls each day.
Have a minimum of 6 new qualifying sales daily.
Have a minimum of 30 new qualifying sales weekly.
Sales that come in organically will not be counted toward your minimum goal.
Build relationships with existing and new clients, and retaining business
Follow up with clients on a consistent basis to ensure we are meeting their needs.
Doing Sales through phone calls, emails, and in-person marketing.
This position will consist mainly of inside sales.
Occasionally outside sales and events may be required, during such instances GPS
tracking app will be provided to track your progress.
Recruiting, Placing, and Onboarding
Manage ASAP Personnel Temp employees, which will include hiring and screening
employees, Creating and posting job ads, placing the best fit candidate for each
position, checking on arrivals, solving day to day issues, and proceeding with
disciplinary actions as needed.
Other
May be required to create reports and correspondence.
May be required to resolve timecard and billing issues.
Any other duties advised or assigned by management that may be outside of your job
description, such as onboarding, placement, and sales when needed.
