WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, identifying their roofing needs.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure commercial projects.
- Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure job schedules and required documents are in place.
- Oversee job site preparations, verify materials, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform final walk-throughs with clients to guarantee satisfaction and obtain final approvals/signatures.
- Collect payments and report any issues or challenges promptly to management.
- Track and report performance metrics weekly using scorecards.
- Manage materials post-project, ensuring all unused materials are returned to the warehouse or supplier.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of roofing sales experience, including at least 1 year in commercial roofing.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (car or truck).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and professionalism at all stages of the sales and project process.
