What You'll Do:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, assessing their roofing needs.
- Deliver professional sales presentations and negotiate contracts for commercial projects.

- Oversee job site preparations, verify materials, and monitor project progress.
- Conduct final walk-throughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure approvals/signatures.
- Collect payments and promptly address any issues with management.
- Track and report weekly performance metrics using scorecards.
- Manage post-project materials, ensuring all unused items are returned to the warehouse or supplier.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of roofing sales experience, including at least 1 year in commercial roofing.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (car or truck).
