Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Junior to join our team and help drive company sales across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a first experience in B2B sales, ideally within the sport and events industries. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships within the sports industry including but not limited to professional sports leagues and college sports and brands.
Responsibilities:
- Actively acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients in the USA
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate new leads
- Support the development and implementation of sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with ability to establish regular meetings with stakeholders
- Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support to customers as needed
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and our international sales team to ensure seamless project execution, from initial client engagement to post-sale support
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Initial sales experience ideally in architecture, construction, or sports technology
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong attitude toward high quality, excellence in delivery and ‘client-first’ thinking (external & internal)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and confident interaction with clients
- Self-motivated, proactive, and independent working style
- You are someone with a real ‘Can Do’ attitude, not afraid to roll up your sleeves, with an ability to work and deliver results under pressure
- Advanced Google Slides/PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively at times
- Located in the United States – preferably in Orlando, FL
