We’re seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Coordinator to join our team! This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the launch and expansion of our brand in new markets while enjoying the flexibility of remote work and the excitement of travel. We focus on high quality fashion jewelry that is approachable for everyone. We want a Sales Coordinator that will be excited to help us grow!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to plan, organize, and execute impactful events to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Travel to new market cities (throughout USA) and setup events and coordinate with operations team to ensure timely delivery of jewelry displays and other equipment
- Identify venues and develop/enhance event checklists to help other team members with smoother event execution.
- Create, update, and distribute sales materials to support field activities and team initiatives.
- Make outbound calls to potential sales leads, nurturing relationships to expand market reach (no cold calls).
- Host Zoom training calls for sales teams, ensuring alignment on strategies, goals, and best practices.
- Support the New Market leadership team with administrative and operational tasks to facilitate smooth market launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and partners to ensure exceptional service.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at industry events, trade shows, and local meetings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Account management, direct sales or field sales (required).
- Background or interest in the jewelry or fashion industry (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Impeccable presentation skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic to be successful in a remote work environment
- Flexibility to travel extensively (75% of the time) and work weekends as needed.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $68,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
- Performance bonus opportunities based on achieving sales and market growth targets.
