3 Weeks Paid Training - Full Time Weekly Pay and Benefits - Internal Career Path

Training Pay $15/hr after training $12.50/hr plus commission averaging $23/hr

Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Guest Experience Specialist is responsible for assisting our customers with the scheduling and/or purchasing of their vehicle via phone, Internet, chat and or text message. The Guest Experience Specialist is also responsible for providing all necessary vehicle information to the customer throughout the inquiry and purchase process.

  • Answer all calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
  • Use scripts to collect all pertinent customer information and document in the CRM accordingly 
  • Contact and communicate with customers to identify automotive needs
  • Must meet all daily and monthly performance goals determined by management
  • Must be able to own and manage a pipeline of clients 
  • Must be able and willing to make and receive a high volume of calls per day
  • Document all notes and appointments thoroughly in the ILM and CRM
  • Complete ILM (Internet Lead Management) work plans on a daily basis
  • Meet daily check out requirements at time of Daily Check Out with Management Team
  • Any additional tasks requested by team leads or managers
  • Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic open office  environment
  • The ability to quickly  implement a sales strategy
  • High energy and a positive attitude is required
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively is required
  • Excellent customer service skills and the motivation to be successful is required
  • Strong computer & phone skills (ADP, Outlook, Excel)
  • Minimum typing 35-40 words per minute at minimum
  • Experience using CRM systems to track calls to customers preferred
  • Prior financial services, sales, service BDC, receptionist, call center, or BDC experience preferred
  • Appointment setting experience a plus
  • Various language proficiency is always a plus
  • Self-starter, manages time and conditions
  • Bi-Lingual is a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid  driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test
  • Asbury requires that all new hires show proof of completed vaccination
