Senior Community Receptionist:
We are hiring a part time Receptionist to join our team. A Receptionist in the Administration team is to assist the Executive Director in supporting both the administrative and operational departments by recording and answering a variety of customer and vendor requests. Must be familiar with corporate policies and procedures. Acts as the initial contact with prospective residents and family members.
The primary purpose of your job position is to perform clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by the Executive Director.
This position requires the following qualifications:
- Preferably experience in an Independent/Assisted or Supportive Living facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent and successfully complete training as required by State regulations.
- Previous experience working with the elderly.
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
- Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
- Must be able to work weekends and Holiday hours if needed.
