The Vendor Specialist Vendor Team Lead is responsible for the invoice processing and statement reconciliation for Asbury dealership vendors. In addition, the position is responsible to train, coach, and monitor performance of teams with 4-10 associates.

Duties/Responsibilities
Daily:
- Assists vendors, locations, and associates with research and resolution queries
- Runs and monitors automated routines through software program, research and resolve rejected invoices
- Analyzes and directs workflow of associates
- Posts manual invoices to assist with payment processes
- Produces correction journal entries for refunds, unclaimed property, general corrections
- Addresses all incoming email
- Assists with issuance of company payment – perform verifications
- Attends meetings/participate in goal setting/ process improvement initiatives
- Monitors and assists with statement reconciliation completion
- Monitors selected inventory posting processes to ensure all components are completed on time
- Performs other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organization
