3rd shift (10 pm to 6:30 am)
Job Summary
As a Computer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users within the organization. You will play a key role in maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Provide IT support to end-users for software applications and operating systems
- Assist with desktop support including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Manage computer systems, including LAN setup and maintenance
- Utilize ServiceNow and Jira for ticketing and issue tracking
- Communicate effectively with users to understand and remedy IT problems
Skills
- Proficiency in analyzing and resolving computer-related issues
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and computer management
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and team members
- Experience in IT support, desktop support, and LAN management
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira for ticketing and issue resolution
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
