Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and ensuring efficient operations within the organization.
Duties
- Respond to help desk inquiries promptly and professionally
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed
- Document all help desk interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals
- Assist with software troubleshooting and installations
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $21.63 per hour
