This position delivers a quality experience to the Print Design team by supporting and managing all operations and coordination for print execution, ensuring seamless workflow and high-quality deliverables. This individual is motivated, results oriented and is committed to providing outstanding service every day.
Responsibilities:
- Organize Print Studio Workflow. Manage processes, resources, software, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient workflow and timely deliverables.
- Manage Print Technology. Oversee printers, printer maintenance, and job flows related to print execution technology.
- Coordinate with hardware asset management partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Manage communication with external vendors for artwork purchases, technology updates and support needs of the business.
- Update and maintain printer and internal color palettes (matching outdated qtx files).
- Assist in gathering information for component of a systems business case.
- Test and pilot new printing software.
- Facilitate and support onsite print vendor/maintenance support.
- Administer Ad Hoc Print Support. Oversee and assist in implementing plans to support team needs and build relationships with the Print Organization.
- Manage seasonal printing and the development of visual tools.
- Clean artwork and make minor amendments, as needed.
- Gather information to support departmental budget decisions.
- Order supplies.
