Full-time & CENTER-BASED Position
Ascend is currently seeking enthusiastic BCBAs to join our rapidly growing organization. This center based BCBA will be responsible for new client evaluation / consultation, behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, on-going case management and ABA Behavior Tech supervision / mentoring.
Ascend Autism (“Ascend”) is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy company focused on providing in-center services for clients. Ascend Autism is elevating the outcomes of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are committed to the success of each child and the entire family.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop / update treatment plans as necessary
- Provide supervision of Behavior Techs / RBTs
- Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in-center, home and community-based environments
- Prepare and facilitate on the job staff training
- Minimize cancellations of scheduled sessions
- Train family members / guardians on implementing the treatment plan
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops
- Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
- Follow the policies and procedures of Ascend Autism Group
- Abide by BACB guidelines, rules, and regulations

Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Must be a New York State Behavior Analyst (NY LBA)
- Experience working in in-center and/or in-home and/or community-based ABA programs
- Experience supervising paraprofessionals implementing ABA based treatment programs
- Experience working with children aged 2-20
- Experience conducting family trainings on ABA-based treatment plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administrative skills
