Now Hiring - Volunteer Supervisor
The Volunteer Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Adequately support volunteer operations and to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
2. Recruit, interview, hire, train and retain volunteers
3. Plan, implement and document ongoing volunteer recruitment and retention
4. Develop and perform public service announcements and outreach to the communities served
5. Plan, assign and direct volunteer workload
6. Achieve Monthly/Quarterly recruitment goals
7. Orient new volunteers to facilities and homes
8. Maintain volunteer personnel files
9. Participate as a member of the IDT including development and implementation of the plan of care
10. Track volunteer timesheets and maintain monthly statistics
11. Provide ongoing support and recognition for volunteers
12. Completes competency visits and yearly supervisory visits of volunteers
13. Schedules time in a flexible manner to accommodate volunteers' time
14. Completes filing, typing and mailings and computer work as assigned

Education:
Associate's Degree in a related field
Professional Experience:
- Preferably 2-4 years
- experience in a related capacity
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable source of transportation
- Must be willing to travel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
