About the Role – Recruiter
We are seeking a Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire) to help attract and hire top talent for our clinical and corporate teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and is passionate about finding the right candidates for a mission-driven healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting – Manage the hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Candidate Sourcing – Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screening & Vetting – Evaluate candidates based on experience, motivation, and cultural fit
- Collaboration – Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Process Management – Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Adaptability – Handle multiple roles and adjust priorities as needed
What You Need to Succeed:
- 2 Years of Recruitment Experience (Healthcare recruiting preferred)
- Strong Sourcing & Vetting Skills – Ability to go beyond resumes and assess long-term fit
- Sense of Urgency & Ownership – Proactive approach to hiring and problem-solving
- Experience with ATS & HR Systems (Preferred but not required)
