Job Description:
Ascend Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician to join our team at a rural hospital in the Navajo Nation. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community leaders
- Stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
- Active unrestricted medical license in any state
- Completed US residency program in Emergency Medicine
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 7 shifts per month
- Active ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
