Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Accounts Payable Clerk role located in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL at Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for finance tasks, using accounting software, handling invoicing processes, and maintaining clear communication within the team.
Qualifications
- Finance and Accounting skills
- Proficiency in Accounting Software
- Experience in Invoicing processes
- Strong Communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Preference given for experience with NetSuite and/or Ramp
