Job Position : Production Control Administrative Assistant

Location : DALLAS, TX 75211

Pay Rate : $22.00 / hr

Shift : 1st shift

Mon-Fri 6 : 30am-4pm OT

Description :

The Production Control Administrative Assistant supports the Operations and Production managers. They may also perform general administrative and clerical tasks. They may be requested by managers to complete projects efficiently and on time.

Duties and Responsibilities

Create production work orders from sales orders.

Posting all production into the (EPICOR) BisTrack system.

Verification of work order completions and confirming issued materials.

Issuing and collection of all work orders to and from the shop floor.

Have a thorough understanding of the workflow in the production area.

Create new part numbers as needed for issuing new parts for production, including labor routing and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Create labels for all items produced for warehouse and production use.

Tracking and reporting of all time sheets for all productions employees.

Distribute Time Sheets to vendors and managers.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.

Associate degree in Accounting / Business desired but not necessary.

Advanced training in Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience in lieu of formal education and data entry in various software applications is essential.

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Detailed oriented.

Possesses basic math skills.

Communicates clearly and effectively.

Manages time efficiently.

Good listening skills.

Basic English reading and writing skills.

Manage time efficiently.
