Bear River Cabinetry is a growing custom shop serving clients with distinct preferences, which requires the highest level of professionalism and quality. We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic cabinet sprayer / finisher to join our team. About the role :
As a cabinet sprayer / finisher, you'll be responsible for the final touches that bring our cabinets to life. This role will offer the opportunity for you to ensure the effectiveness of our process. You can contribute in a crucial way by working with your hands and creating stunningly beautiful products. In addition, if you feel like you have a knack for setting the tempo for a team, this might be the job for you.
What we offer
Weekly pay of $17.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Cabinet Sprayer / Finisher Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Preparing cabinet surfaces for finishing (sanding, cleaning, etc.)
Applying stains, sealers, and topcoats to achieve desired result
Operating and maintaining spray equipment (e.g. spray guns, compressors)
Mixing and matching colors to meet project specifications
Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Following safety procedures and guidelines
Cabinet Sprayer / Finisher Shift Info
Day Shift, 8 : 00 am to 05 : 00 pm
Monday - Friday
Cabinet Sprayer / Finisher Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Experience in cabinet finishing or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong aptitude and willingness to learn. We value a positive attitude and a desire to improve.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
A passion for working with your hands and creating beautiful things
A drive to move products efficiently
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
A desire to be part of a supportive team that allows you the freedom to be effective
