Bear River Cabinetry is a growing custom cabinet shop dedicated to producing high-quality, stunning finished products. We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Cabinet Sprayer / Finisher to join our team. About the Role :

As a Cabinet Sprayer / Finisher, you'll be responsible for the final touches that bring our cabinets to life. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and beauty of our finished products. This role offers the opportunity to work with your hands, perfect your craft, and see the tangible results of your hard work.

Responsibilities :

Preparing cabinet surfaces for finishing (sanding, cleaning, etc.)
Applying stains, sealers, and topcoats to achieve desired finishes.
Operating and maintaining spray equipment (e.g., spray guns, compressors).
Mixing and matching colors to meet project specifications.
Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Following safety procedures and guidelines.

What We're Looking For :

A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Experience in cabinet finishing or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong aptitude and willingness to learn. We value a positive attitude and a desire to improve.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

A passion for working with your hands and creating beautiful things.

Comfortable working in a shop environment.

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

A desire to be part of a supportive team.
