Document Control Technician Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Generate work orders based on finished product specifications promptly.
Collaborate with Quality and Customer Success teams to address any deviations or discrepancies.
Maintain a professional, organized, and clean work environment.
Review production documents to ensure quality and assist in closing records.
Train with quality team members to gain a full understanding of the process.
Support document control specialists with clerical tasks and audits when needed.
Document Control Technician Shift Info
Day Shift, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm
Monday - Friday
Document Control Technician Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
High school diploma or equivalent.
No specific training certificates required, but quality-related training is a plus.
Job-specific training provided.
At least 1 year of experience in a cGMP environment.
Basic computer proficiency.
Strong typing skills.
High attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of asserting quality standards when necessary.
