Parts Counter Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Provide customer service over the counter
Answer incoming phone calls for the parts department
Assist with phone and email order requests
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions
Receive and inspect incoming shipments of parts.
Parts Counter Shift Info
Day Shift, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Monday - Friday
Parts Counter Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
Parts Counter experience preferred
GED / High School Diploma
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and inventory
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
