What You'll Do:

As a Quality Control Inspector, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all production meets the highest standards. Here’s what your day will look like:

• ✅ Follow and uphold company quality control procedures at every production stage

• ️ Approve Materials: Inspect incoming materials, perform tests, and reject non-compliant items

• • ️ Monitor Production: Ensure in-process production meets specifications and adjust when necessary

• ✅ Inspect Finished Products: Confirm all products meet quality standards before shipment

• Re-work Products: Return products for re-work if needed and complete required documentation

• Document Results: Complete reports and logs to keep quality records up-to-date

• ️ Maintain Equipment: Keep measurement tools in top condition, request repairs when needed

• • ️ Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment

• Lead & Mentor: Support and guide junior employees while growing your leadership skills

• Stay Educated: Engage in learning opportunities to sharpen your skills

What You Need:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check

• ️ Strong communication skills

• ️ Solid knowledge of safety standards and quality expectations in manufacturing
