We have an opening for our Bilingual Staffing Manager job out of Greenville, Texas. This position will work in the Greenville area.
Base pay of $18-$20/hour DOE
Shift Info: M-F, 11 am - 7 pm
Job Summary
The On-Site Manager is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and managing employees sent out to work. The On-Site Managerr also handles day-to-day operations by providing customer service and having daily contact in person and by phone with the general managers who are accepting the employees we are sending out to work

On-Site Manager Duties/Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, hire, conduct orientations, monitor work performance, and placement of field employees using company ATS system (training provided)
- Actively utilize multiple social media platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools to find candidates and schedule appointments/interviews
- Work with the Branch Manager to set and complete weekly goals
- Complete new hire paperwork of field employees
- Build and maintain relationships with all branch clients
- On-call rotation
On-Site Manager Requirements
- Good personal-computer knowledge and ability to use essential programs (MS Word Excel, email, etc.) effectively and efficiently
- Bilingual is preferred (Spanish)
- Social Media Recruiting Experience
- Excellent communication skills (over the phone and in-person)
- Record-keeping skills
- Self-motivated
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
