We are seeking a seasonal bilingual Staffing/Onsite Coordinator to join our team and support a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and acting as a key liaison between our staffing team and the client. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
Shift: 10-11:00 am to 7-8:00 pm
Pay Rate: $17/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consult with client hiring managers to thoroughly understand staffing needs.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using online social networking, job boards, community involvement, and local media.
- Recruit, onboard, train, oversee, and retain top talent.
- Build a network of ready-to-work candidates.
- Facilitate candidate interviews and preparation sessions.
- Develop long-term relationships with temporary employees, providing coaching and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct calls with clients and employees.
- Maintain accurate documentation via Tempworks software.
- Immediately escalate employee concerns to Branch Manager and HR.
- Ensure compliance with company policies among employees.
- Coordinate new employee check-ins, safety walks, and client meetings with Branch Manager.
- Support safety program implementation by the Safety Director.
- Act as a resource for employee benefit questions and open enrollment.
- Track compliance throughout onboarding and ensure accurate pay.
- Administer exit interviews and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct new employee orientations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by attending staffing meetings and filling personnel requirements.
- Handle payroll, monitor employee performance, and resolve issues.
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure business development and employee retention.
- Implement and monitor company programs and initiatives.
- Daily maintenance of Time and Attendance records.
- Act as a liaison between staffing office and client.
- Multitask to provide quality service.
- Facilitate effective communication across all employee levels.
- Ensure policies and procedures adherence by temporary associates.
- Process payroll and employee benefits.
- Assist HR with investigations and employee complaints.
- Monitor Distribution Center environment and report issues.
- Support safety programs led by Safety Director.
- Supervise daily activities of temporary associates.
- Conduct daily safety walk-throughs.
- Available for on-call duty and weekend work as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of staffing industry experience preferred.
- Hands-on On-Site and Supervisor experience, preferably in warehouse/production.
- Excellent communication, writing, and software skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Adaptability to learn new software and navigate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
