Ascend seeks a Sales Operations Analyst & Business Development Technician in Nashville, TN to support sales operations, lead generation, and strategic initiatives to drive sales team success. The ideal candidate will help develop presentations, manage lead generation, and assist with sales campaigns while providing dynamic support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support creation and delivery of QBR and Pre-RFP presentations, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Tailor presentations for different lines of business to enhance client engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and pricing teams to develop customized content.
- Assist the Sales Process Manager with CRM and tech stack improvements.
- Manage lead generation processes, identify, and engage marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
- Coordinate sales campaigns with sales reps and leadership, leveraging AI tools.
- Provide flexible support to sales teams and assist with ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- Must live in or near Nashville, TN.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business development, or logistics.
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), lead generation platforms, and AI-based systems.
- Certifications in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, or marketing platforms are a plus.
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
