Your Impact
Strategic HR Partnership and Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping shape decisions around organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning and talent management
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and people strategies
- Lead change management initiatives, influencing and guiding leaders through organizational transformation
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders on employee performance, engagement, turnover, and other key HR metrics
- Partner with business leaders to assess organizational needs and identify skills of the future alongside current skill gaps; and implement solutions that enhance productivity and workforce capability
- Drive talent development programs that enhance employee growth and retention
- Use data-driven insights to influence key talent decisions and build leadership capability
- Partner with business leaders to build succession strength in their teams
- Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and foster a diverse and inclusive culture
- Foster a high-performance culture by designing and supporting performance management processes that drive accountability, growth, and talent retention
- Integrate rewards strategy with the performance management process, linking compensation and recognition with individual and team achievements
- Partner with external consultants or internal teams to build scalable total rewards programs and develop competitive compensation structures that attract and retain the best talent
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Ensure Ascenda’s people practices comply with local and international labor laws, especially as the company scales globally
- Proven experience working with senior leadership in a fast-paced, innovative, and global organization
- Deep understanding of HR processes, talent management, rewards philosophy, employee relations, and organizational development
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to drive decisions and improvements
- Ability to navigate organizational dynamics and manage sensitive employee relations matters
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations across multiple countries/regions, especially the US
- Agile and adaptable to rapid changes in a high growth organisation
- Prior experience in consulting or large technology organisations is preferred
- You enjoy staying updated on HR best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously improve HR processes and contribute to the company’s innovation
