As the Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge loyalty SaaS solutions and the business needs of our customers. The Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that address the unique challenges of our clients, ensuring seamless integration and maximum business value.
Your Impact
- Solutions Design and Technical Consultation
- Engage with Ascenda’s clients to understand their business challenges, workflows, and technical environments.
- Design and deliver solutions for our clients to integrate with our SaaS product.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with industry regulations and security standards.
- Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client engagements throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to showcase the value of our SaaS product.
- Address technical concerns, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and client objections to facilitate the sales process.
- Technical Implementation and Integration:
- Support clients in integrating to Ascenda’s SaaS solution, and ensuring smooth onboarding of solutions.
- Work closely with development and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Provide guidance on system architecture, API integrations, and platform scalability.
- Post-Sales Support and Customer Success:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their successful adoption and ongoing optimization of our SaaS product offering.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues post-implementation.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Industry Expertise and Collaboration:
- Stay updated on emerging fintech and loyalty program trends, including digital banking, blockchain, open banking, AI-driven financial analytics, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal product management teams to relay client feedback and recommend product enhancements.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Documentation and Communication:
- Develop and deliver technical solution documents, architecture diagrams, and presentations tailored to both technical and business audiences for both internal and external audiences.
- Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for solution delivery.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders.
- 8-10 years of experience in a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role, preferably within the Loyalty Provider, Fintech, Banking, or Payment Solutions industry.
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions involving APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), or financial software.
- Deep understanding of API-based integrations, cloud technologies, and financial services platforms.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS, PSD2, GDPR, or SOX.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives, developers, and business teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
