Responsibilities
- Validate Term Sheets using provided documentation, ensuring all loan guidelines are met.
- Clear loan conditions and communicate effectively with internal teams, loan originators, underwriters, and closing.
- Maintain a personal pipeline of 40-50 loan files.
- Build knowledge of loan products, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare complete and accurate loan files for underwriting and closing, ensuring all conditions are met before submission.
- Analyze credit packages, including file input, application disclosures, title policies, credit reports, and appraisals.
- Serve as a point of contact for applicants, realtors, builders, appraisers, and title companies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the mortgage industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation policies and mortgage regulations.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with credit reporting and mortgage collateral reviews.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce or Loan Origination Systems is a plus.
- Salary: $60,000-$65,000 (based on experience, qualifications, and location)
