Requirements :
- 3 years of experience in Business Law and Banking
- Have your JD and be in good standing
- Licensed in Massachusetts
- Previous experience in general corporate, partnership law, mergers and acquisitions preferred
- This role is hybrid
- Working with the best trial attorneys in the field from inception to trial with the potential to second-seat trials
- Drafting and responding to discovery demands
- Appearing for court conferences and oral argument on motions
- Counseling clients on case developments and drafting status reports
