Our firm is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney to join our Austin, TX office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle high-level bankruptcy litigation matters and work with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial bankruptcy litigation, including Chapter 11 proceedings, creditor’s rights, and restructuring matters.
- Manage all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings and discovery to motion practice, trials, and appeals.
- Provide strategic counsel on bankruptcy law and insolvency-related issues.
- Draft and negotiate legal documents, including motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial bankruptcy litigation experience.
- Active Texas Bar membership in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of federal bankruptcy law and commercial litigation practices.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Effective courtroom and negotiation skills.
Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
