Job Details
We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing and fast-paced Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Group. We pride ourselves on our collegial culture and collaborative approach, making this an exceptional opportunity for an attorney eager to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in representing distressed borrowers and lenders in and out of bankruptcy, with significant experience representing debtors and creditors in chapter 11 bankruptcies, with complex chapter 11 experience preferred. The successful candidate will represent firm clients in high-stakes commercial cases and will have the opportunity and support to continue growing and developing their existing client base. A book of business is preferred.
Our firm is a full-service firm, providing excellent opportunities for cross-selling and internal referrals as well as collaboration and support from a deep bench of experienced attorneys.
