Position: Construction Manager- Data Center
Location: Des Moines, IA
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Des Moines, IA (Onsite). This role involves overseeing data center construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination, adherence to safety protocols, and timely project execution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities
- Manage vendor selection, contracts, and project integration
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
- Collaborate with general contractors and stakeholders
- Oversee project scope, budget, and scheduling

Salary Range: $ 130000 - 140000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
