Requirements:
- 8 years of experience as a Controller/CFO
- Familiarity with the solar industry or renewable energy sector is preferred
- Demonstrated success managing complex financial activities with multiple vendors and contractors
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting
- Manage relationships and maintain clear communication with multiple financing vendors, contractors, and business partners
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity
- Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
