We are a growing Law Firm looking to bring on an experienced Paralegal to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone with working experience as Intellectual Property Paralegal
Responsibilities:
- Setting up new files
- Acquiring, summarizing and maintaining client's records
- Managing and maintaining organized case files
- Drafting and reviewing of correspondence
- Recording and storing client information and updates
Requirements:
- Previous intellectual property experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little to no oversight
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
