About the Role:
Job Title: Jira and Snowflake Administrator
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Jira and Snowflake Administrator to manage Jira workflows, analyze data, and create impactful dashboards for leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working with VP-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Jira, customizing workflows, dashboards, and permissions to meet business needs.
- Extract, analyze, and report data using Snowflake to provide actionable insights.
- Develop intuitive dashboards using tools like QuickSight to visualize key metrics.
- Present data and insights effectively to VP-level stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with Jira and dashboarding SMEs to implement solutions and enhancements.
- Facilitate change management processes and support tool adoption across teams.
- Someone having good experience with dashboard creation and reporting as well.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $160K– $180K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
