Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake through trial or settlement.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research and develop case strategies.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active New Jersey Bar License required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
