Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, including trial and settlement negotiations
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence to build strong cases
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options for pursuing claims
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Prepare and present cases in court, effectively arguing on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to strengthen case outcomes
- Stay up to date on personal injury laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience as a personal injury attorney, with a strong track record of successful case outcomes
- Experience in trial law and class action litigation is preferred
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- A commitment to client advocacy and ethical legal practices

Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
