About the Role:
Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and analyzing service disruptions to determine root causes and develop solutions for improved reliability.
- Leading more complex projects focused on building and maintaining observability/monitoring for the application.
- Supporting projects focused on managing and maintaining optimum platform infrastructure performance, reliability, and security.
- Communicating complex topics with API Management team and application teams to investigate and document issues.
- Leading internal team to develop solutions to mitigate issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 Years of experience in IT.
- Healthcare domain experience is a must.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead projects and initiatives focused on reliability and performance.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience in capacity planning and system optimization.
- Proficient in configuring alerting mechanisms and analyzing system performance metrics.
Desired Qualifications:
- Medicare, Medicaid experience
Location:
- St. Louis City County, MO (Remote)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80,000- $90,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
