Job Title: Support Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer with expertise in Linux to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role will be responsible for managing data center racks, performing Linux patch releases, and ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates. Due to production access requirements, candidates must be located in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data center infrastructure.
- Manage Linux systems, including patch releases and software updates.
- Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution for system issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates for production access.
- Monitor and optimize server performance within the data center.
- Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Location - Dallas , TX
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $XXk – $XXk annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
