We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting key HR functions, including on-boarding, data management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance. You will work closely with both employees and management to ensure a positive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-boarding of new US employees: Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience, coordinating with managers and cross-functional teams (IT, Admin, Finance). Ensure data accuracy in our HCM, payroll, and benefits systems.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, helping to resolve issues, promote a positive culture, and enhance employee engagement.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefits programs, assist with payroll processing, and provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate HR records for all employees.
- People Practices & Policy Implementation: Support the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
Position Details:
- Regular, full-time position with flexible working arrangements.
- Onsite presence in our Palo Alto, CA office 3 times per week or more, as necessary.
- Travel within the US &/or to our corporate headquarters in Denmark may be necessary.

- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Proficiency with Workday, ADP WFN, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong collaboration, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
