Position Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Miami (Coral Gables), Florida
Salary: $48K - $52K overtime (time & 1/2) holiday bonus
Technical Skill Set Required:
- Experience with high volume Accounts Payable
- 3-way match
- Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
- Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
- Generate purchase orders when necessary
- Obtain and print signatures on all checks
Job Requirements:
To qualify, candidates must have:
- Minimum of 1 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Yardi Software preferred.
- Excel
