Our client, a reputable retail bank, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager/ Business Developer to lead their branch and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the branch operations, including sales, service, and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's deposit base and loan portfolio
• Coach, train, and develop branch staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, community organizations, and local businesses to generate new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures
• Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and goal setting sessions
• Analyze branch financial reports and implement corrective actions as needed
• Represent the bank at community events and participate in local business organizations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• 5 years of experience in retail banking, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
